Welcome to Mt.Diablo CARES. CARES stands for "Collaborative for Academic, Recreation & Enrichment for Students". CARES is implemented in 16 elementary and middle school sites in Bay Point, Concord and Pleasant Hill communities.

CARES is now accepting applications for fall enrollment. You can download an application here or go directly to your school to fill out an application. Applications are accepted on a first come first serve basis.
