Strengths
The El Dorado Middle School CARES is a well established program with strong support from our community partners. We offer great student opportunities such as a very strongly supported sports program and a student service learning leadership program. We have a very diverse staff with a large variety of talents and interests.
Challenges
The challenges we face are maintaining ongoing student enrollment and retention. We hope to strengthen the alignment to the school day and staff and also face the challenge of staff retention and training, especially in classroom management, leadership and motivation.
